Webmail lets you log into your IT Design email from any browser on any device that is connected to the internet — useful when you are travelling, when your laptop is in for repair, or when you are troubleshooting an issue with your usual email program.
It is safe, secure, and the interface will feel familiar if you have ever used Gmail. Login takes five steps.

Where to find your login details
Your email address and password are on the activation certificate we sent when your account was set up. If you cannot find it, email us at support@itdesign.co.za from the contract owner’s email address and we will resend the details.

Open a browser
Open any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) on a device that is connected to the internet.Go to webmail
Type webmail.itdesign.co.za into the address bar and press Enter.Sign in
In the login popup, type your email address into the User name field and your email password into the Password field, then press Enter or click Log in.Choose your webmail client
