I started IT Design in Port Elizabeth in 2008. Since then I’ve worked with businesses across five continents — from local plumbers to international eCommerce brands. Every one of them taught me something.
I also sell on Takealot and Amazon myself. So when I talk about product visibility and online selling, it’s not theory — it’s what I do every day. I’ve been in IT since 1999, and focused on Google since 2008.
